Losing any of your valuables is unpleasant, but if you’ve lost an item at Liverpool Airport we will do our utmost to help you get it back.

Did your luggage not come on the carousel?

You’ll need to contact your airline and speak to their baggage handling agents.

Lost property in and around the airport?

If you think you’ve lost something in and around the terminal including our car parks, the best way to contact the Lost Property department is by email and you should provide your name, contact details and a full description of your lost property to:

This email is monitored and intervals and will be responded to within 5 days.

Fees for lost property handling, left luggage and bag wrapping can be found here. We require full payment prior to providing our lost property service to you. Provided that you are making payment on-site, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Duration

Lost property will be held for 14 days.

Credit/ debit cards and passports

Passports that are lost are sent back to HM passport office and are not kept on site after 24 hours of loss.

All bank/credit cards will be securely destroyed after 24 hours of loss.

Unclaimed items

Unclaimed items after the above periods from the date of loss will be disposed of responsibly and personal data removed from property and securely destroyed.
