ArrivaClick is an on-demand minibus service, utilising state-of-the-art ride-sharing technology, which enables multiple passengers, who are travelling in the same direction, to share their ride. And, all this without having to wait at bus stops, or travel a pre-ordained route.

Using the app couldn’t be easier. Passengers simply register their details, along with their chosen payment card information. Once that’s done, it’s a simple case of choosing a pick-up and drop-off point, and the app does the rest.

ArrivaClick gives customers access to demand-responsive transport via a smartphone.  Passengers are guaranteed a comfortable seat, along with Wi-Fi and USB charging points in one of Arriva’s brand new, luxurious, Mercedes minibuses. What’s more, there’s no need to worry about having the right change, or indeed, any cash at all, as all payments are made electronically via the app.

Created by industry leading developers from the ride sharing market, ArrivaClick utilises a series of complex algorithms that enable the app to match the journeys of riders who are travelling in the same direction with one of Arriva’s premium Mercedes minibuses that’s already travelling their way; meaning that up to 15 passengers can share their rides, at times that work for them, rather than working around the pre-ordained schedules of traditional modes of public transport. 

ArrivaClick is a corner-to-corner service, passengers simply input their pick-up location and destination and once the app has matched them with a vehicle that’s going their way, their smart minibus will pick them up from a corner nearby and drop them off within a few streets of their destination. By utilising this corner-to-corner model, the sophisticated algorithms provide users with journey times that are comparable to taxis and are much more convenient than other alternatives.
